DELIVERY
All orders are wrapped and dispatched from each designer in Italy.
If you order from more than 1 designers, you might receive your items at different times.

Delivery via DHL Express. Allow 1-5 working days for most items.
Delivery is between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Some designers have a 1-8 working days shipment policy – always check the item description.

Nuova Showroom currently delivers to all of Europe and North America.

IMPORT / CUSTOMS DUTY
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the UK & European Union, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance including import/customs duty must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

RETURN AND REFUNDS:

Returned items must conform to our returns policy: 

  • Your returned item must arrive at the designer no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that the designer will accept the order for refund;
    We strongly recommend that you return your items within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at the designer within 14 days.
  • Once your return has been received by the designer and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method;
  • We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging;
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. All the accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;
  • If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded;
  • We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit;
  • Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.
  • We do not accept returns for earrings of any type, nor for any fine jewellery items.

 REFUNDS
Once the designer has received your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

GIFT RETURNS 

Returned items must conform to our returns policy:
We are pleased to offer our customers an extended returns period for gift purchases made during the holiday season. This applies to all orders placed between November 27 and December 18. For purchases placed on this period you’ll have until the 6th of January to return it.

Once your return has been received by the designer and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you through your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded in full.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item, according to our returns policy.
